Calling crime of aggression the 'supreme crime' is an insult to the victims of genocide

Don't be Russian

The Russians forced the crime of aggression as the ‘supreme’ crime at Nuremberg in order to make genocidal rodina the ‘real victim’ of World War 2 (the Nazis were more genocidal, I’m not making an equivalency argument - did I mention my grandpa?).

Calling crime of aggression the ‘supreme’ crime or ‘crime of crimes’ spits on the graves of every victim of genocide. Murder. Torture. Deportation. The myriad atrocities that occur in war OR OUTSIDE OF WAR. That are all crimes.

I’m not debating the legality of that war but Brown is the last person, except for Blair and Bush, to talk about this.

And he’s spitting on the memory of Jewish victims. A good look for Labour.

Emphasizing the specific fate of the Jews was thus considered to be deliberately demoralizing the Soviet population a…
Charge of war of aggression in Ukraine invasion
I’d like to present some rambling thoughts about the concept of war of aggression as it was conceived and in the current context. There’s more on this in my draft for the upcoming book. I would argue that the concept of war of aggression (crimes against peace) was heavily developed during WW2 primarily by Soviet pseudo-lawyers to frame the Second World …
