He may also be the tallest soldier in Ukraine.

About terminology - if you are wondering what a 'FPV' is - its a drone with a headset, you're not staring at a screen but have a First Person View.

'Mavics' are Mavic brand drones with extremely high quality cameras which do spotting work for artillery and for suicide drones. You don't put a high quality camera into a suicide drone.

So we checked the details.
On the subject of this piece - James acknowledges his troubled past and, besides categorically renouncing the abhorrent Russian-inspired politics of his youth in 2006, states he has for nearly twenty years opposed fascism in both word and deed. He further states he is living proof of the sort of change that Moss and people like him haven’t undergone in the face of proof of Russian atrocities. According to James, Moss' tankie piece is laden with numerous libellous distortions and egregious lies of omission, and anyone even remotely familiar with James should believe his work can attest to the fact that he has resolutely stood against racism and other forms of xenophobia, antisemitism, and authoritarian politics both right and left.
TLDR: Twenty years ago, James was like the people Moss now associates with and works with today, but hasn't been for a long time, because James grew up.
Funny that tankies are on a Nazi platform (Substack), but hey, they're tankies.
