I find Chieftain a smug self-satisfied irritating American (yes, top of the day to you, he’s American) tanker with a w. His views on land warfare are rararara America the bestest. And World of Tanks glorifies the great Russian tanks for the glory of roinda (yes I know they’re supposed to be Belarussian, incorporated in the totally honest not Russian run country of Maltasky).
But the Panther II is an interesting beast.

I’ve been reading some sci-fi, but it was naff. Reynolds has serious pacing issues in some books.
This is a book I might read later when I have the strength to deal with war again.
